Hi, I’m Candice!
Curator of exceptional guest experiences, visionary entrepreneur, and short-term rental strategist elevating the standard for luxury property management.

I created this space to share where my business meets my purpose. With years in hospitality, entrepreneurship, and luxury vacation rental management, I’m building a personal brand rooted in leadership, impact, and legacy.

Through my company, Luxify Vacation Properties, I work with luxury homes across 30A and Nashville—bringing smart strategy, strong ROI, and meaningful hospitality to every home we manage.

This space reflects my why. After losing my husband, everything about how I approached time, legacy, and purpose shifted. Now, I’m focused on meaningful work with a return on impact—not just income. It’s about building something that matters to my family, my community, and the people I serve. 🤍
